We are always looking to build strong relationships with suppliers. A supplier may refer to a Manufacturer, Processor, Packager, Distributor, Wholesaler, Dealership, or Merchant. We are also looking to broaden our supplier base as our customer base grows. At Newport Controls, we look for a commitment to our importance of developing the highest quality hot tub controls and providing superior service and support. If you would like to become a supplier of our quality products, i.e. Distributor or Service Provider, the first step will be to contact us to discuss the available options.

It is required that you complete either the Prospective Supplier Qualification or the Small Business Supplier Qualification form in its entirety and submit it to Newport Controls for review. This form has been designed to answer your preliminary inquiries and determine whether or not there is a possibility of a good business fit between our enterprises. We appreciate your cooperation in following our process, and a Newport Controls representative will contact you after your qualification has been reviewed.

All suppliers will be notified in writing of the success of their application. If your application is successful, your company will be added to the supplier database for the goods and services registered. A successful application is not a guarantee that you will receive contracts from Newport Controls

All unsuccessful applications will receive an e-mail notifying them of the reasons for the rejection of your application.

Common reasons for rejection include:

- no relevance of the commodity or service offered

- failure to demonstrate financial stability

- inadequate supplier business experience or capacity

- failure to demonstrate technical competence or professional certification

- failure to provide adequate information when requested
